Open Hearth Cooking Class

Join us for an exclusive opportunity to learn the craft of colonial Hearth Cooking.  This is a class limited to 15 participants who will have entirely hand-on experience preparing, cooking and then enjoying an authentic meal cooking on one of the largest colonial fireplaces in Connecticut!  Cost is $40 per person.  Reservations required.  Please contact Diane Hoover at the Museum on the Green.
